Climbing a tree begins from the bottom to the top. Therefore in Vulnerable Free World, developments begin from the ghetto grounds. The ghetto areas must be included in governmental budgets to develop ghetto grounds into suitable accommodation for peoples to live in sustainable environments across the globe. Refugees must not live in tents in fields they must be given accommodation and be treated with human dignity as a fundamental principle of Vulnerable Free World to improve people’s well-being.
