VFCP defines Political Leadership as a National Tree that is planted by peoples of a nation. Political Leadership is a tree with many branches to provide shade, shelter and fruits to feed masses of peoples in a nation. It is a tree that is rooted deep into the ground to stand firmly in all weathers. The roots get deeper into the ground for nourishment to keep the tree alive. The branches of the tree point in all directions. Some of the branches point to the east, west, south and north. Some point to the sky and some point to the ground. All indicating locations of needs to be met. As time goes by the tree begins to produce fruits on all branches, because it is the fruits that peoples are expecting the tree to offer. This is the reason why peoples have power over the tree that they have planted as a National Tree. The National Tree becomes a very important tree with all the branches spreading across the nation to offer shade, shelter and fruits to feed peoples of a nation. Sometimes, fruits from the tree taste sweet and some sour all from the same tree. Whenever soured fruits are tasted, that part of the tree needed to be nourished; because it can cause masses of peoples to loose appetite and interest in the National Tree. The National Tree must offer sweet fruits to become very attractive in all seasons. To do this demands dynamic leadership and mechanism that brings about implementations of sustainable developments. (1) Opportunities: Jobs creation for masses of peoples who are facing unemployment in their daily lives. National institutions needed to be strengthened. Large scale industries needed to be provided with all logistics as well as small scale industries for peoples to be highly engaged in national productions. Private enterprises needed to be encouraged. All those who want to start up their businesses needed to be given greater opportunities. A system to store agricultural products needed to be created to reduce food waste, because food is an essential commodity. Farmers must be rewarded to encourage the young to get involved in agricultural industries. (2) Improvements: To shape peoples lives to be better. Peoples living conditions must become a high priority. Policies of affordability must not become difficult to make. New phases of developments to shape living standards must be included in national policies as an important system to make living conditions better. (3) Well-being: peoples must live happily. This is the essence of human aspiration for the whole person to enjoy dignity. Big visions, great ideas and structures that contributes towards peoples well-being must highly recommended. In the end the National Tree is blooming and yielding the desire results of greater opportunities, improvements and well-being to shape the entire society as a Political Leadership. VFCP recommends that every nation must create national garden in which every Head of State will plant a tree of their choice as symbol and remembrance of their leadership. The tree of every Head of State must be kept alive in the national garden.
