The greatest thing policy makers can do is the Policy of Humanitarianism. Any decision to diminish the spirit of humanitarianism jeopardizes human dignity and human rights. What is humanitarianism? It is nothing more than to improve poor peoples lives regardless of any jurisdiction. Whenever a disaster occurs, peoples from all sorts of human communities rush to cater for the needy to offer supports . It is the same dimension of any human situation of suffering, poverty, unemployed, sick or any thing that creates uncertainties in poor peoples lives. Things might not be the way it should, but due to spirit of humanitarianism to demonstrate human dignity; a positive decision for reliefs is made to save poor lives and to support all vulnerable peoples for hopeful outcome to save lives and to bring the needed reliefs to end crisis and uncertainties. The highest decision of every nation must be the concern and improvement of poor peoples lives. Any decision to create vulnerability or to take the little that a poor person has to give it to the rich is humiliation of human dignity. Human life is very unique. Therefore every policy or a decision must always lead to the path that brings a positive change in poor peoples lives and not to degrade their human dignities and aspirations. To make a policy or to make a decision in respect of humanitarianism is the Greatest Honour. This is the definition of Humanitarianism.
