VFCP asks all governments across the globe to draw Budget Vulnerable Free World. The Budget Vulnerable Free World must cover all vulnerable peoples and all ghettos grounds must be rehabilitated into suitable accommodation for vulnerable peoples to have a good roof over their heads. Those living in the ghettos must be provided temporary accommodations as the rehabilitation projects are going on to turn the ghetto grounds into suitable accommodations. When the accommodation is built those who were living there must return to occupier the newly build homes. This demands a huge budget. It will be possible for every nation because no nation will go to war and therefore all monies for wars must be channeled to improve vulnerable people’s lives for the first time in human history. This is the essence of Vulnerable Free World. In Vulnerable Free World, every average human being must have access to basic human needs. Vulnerable Free World leadership is effective leadership to provide profound spontaneous sustainable solutions to human predicaments. This is an era for vulnerable peoples across the globe. All vulnerable people’s lives will be made whole again to enjoy human dignity and aspirations. The World Bank and IMF must support the developing nations with flexible financial grants for nations to cater for the vulnerable peoples in this era. There must be massive job creation for all vulnerable peoples to be at work.
