There is nothing more beautiful in politics than leaders sitting around tables to discuss local, regional, national and global issues together to find solutions. Bilateral cooperation between nations creates vibrant environments for economic growth to elevate peoples from poverty as leaders decisions affect masses of peoples. There is always a solution to human predicaments to shape democratization when leaders agreed to work together for the betterment of peoples. Whenever there is a cordial relationship between nations economic stability is strengthened, because nations need each other to trade effectively. Whenever cordial relationship between nations is broken, it affect peoples movements. Leadership is peoples first. To put peoples first is a dynamic mechanism of leadership to demonstrate good governance. The more politicians agree with one another the more they put peoples first and serve them better. President Putin of Russia demonstrated a dynamic leadership after his victory of six year term in office. The first thing he did was he called all the heads of political parties they sat around a table and discussed the future of Russia together. All the political parties put their differences aside and put Russia peoples first. The world must see more of this kind of leadership as politicians seek to understand warm relationships to build a stronger bilateral cooperation with other nations to serve their own peoples and the peoples across the globe. The Year 2018 has come to shape democratization for bilateral cooperation to become an effective tool for sustainable economic developments.
