VFCP asks that Judges in Africa and UN Security Council must handle the COVID – 19 investigation reports that will be brought by the African Leaders, WHO, and UN Chemical Inspectors. It must be done on the African Continent. Therefore, all Judges on the African Continent must begin preparing to handle this global pandemic matters.
