The Office of VFCP humbly asks Gibraltar Authorities to handle the Vessel situation with careful attention so that Oceans will not be boiling, but the Rock must become a Foundation Rock of Global Peace.
The Office of VFCP also asks all rebels across the globe to lay down their guns and stop fighing.Wars will never be fough beginning from 2020. The year 2019 is ending all conflicts across the globe, therefore all rebels in forests and fields must lay down thier guns and become part of human soceity. Era 2020 is Peaceful Era in human history.
