The Office of VFCP humbly asks The World President UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres to intervene India and Kashmir disputes. ‘In 1949 the Kashmir question was referred to the UN which brought about a cease-fire.’ UN can do it again in this Era 2020 for lasting peace to be seen between India and Kashmir.
