VFCP declares that all African artefacts must be returned. They were freely taken and freely they must be returned to the country of origin to benefit the indigenous peoples. There was no law for the colonizers to take artefacts from Africa so there is no law for the colonizers to keep African artefacts. There was and is no justification for colonization. Therefore it is the colonizer’s statutory duty to return all African artefacts to Africa in this Golden Era Vulnerable Free World.
