The River Niger is at the heart of Bamako. The River Niger could have flowed from Sierra Leone to the Great Ocean, but River Niger begins from Sierra Leone flowing across nations to nourish lands, to feed human beings and animal species, and then flows to the Great Ocean. Therefore, the River Niger is a Sacred River passing through Bamako the capital of Mali. The military authorities must return Mali into a civilian administration as soon as possible. If the military authorities fail to do just then, the Floodgate of Heaven will be opened and River Niger will rise and the entire Bamako will come under waters of River Niger. A military coup is unacceptable in this era of the Vulnerable Free World. The Power of Nature is stronger than the military power of Mila. Let the military authorities restore a civilian administration for peoples of Mali to enjoy human dignity, aspiration, sustainable development, and a peaceful political environment in Mali.
