Social services workers and support workers across the globe must be sent to Charities to learn how to find solutions to human situations.
Charity staff have a very high standard of professionalism in finding effective solutions to human sitioutions to bring reliefs, peace, freedom and happiness to the needy. All governments across the globe must give a high recognition to Charities for their unique and profound services that they are providing to vulnerable peoples across the globe. Give Charities public desks at every governmental centre. In this Era Charities will take over social services and support workers jobs. This has become very necessary, because social services workers and support workers have wrongly diagnosised vulernable peoples. Such diagnosis must be deleted. Charities must be allowed to handle social services jobs across the globe as Charities have the abilities in finding positives solutions to human situations facing youths, young adults, adults and elderly persons. This is a New Era and new approaches are needed than ever before to create positive pathways for the vulnerable persons to feel part of human society across the globe to bring hopes and aspirations to youths, young adults, adults and elderly persons.
