Major roads: 40 – 50 km/h
Minor roads: 20 – 30 km/h

Trucks and cars must not be overloaded beyond the vehicle’s capacity.

Motorists must drive very slowly in hospital zones day and night, and they must stop when pedestrians are crossing a road.
No car horns or anything of that nature after 10 pm until 6 am, except Police, Fire Service and Ambulance sirens.
All old cars must be off the road to be recycled, including abandoned cars in communities across the country.
All cars must pass the MOT test before being allowed to be on the road.
Police and Highway Authorities must be on the roads to check speed limits and road maintenance.
All passengers must start their journey on time.
