The political mandate is a very sensitive responsibility that needed an extensive timeframe to deliver the intended political agenda and purposes. In other parts of the world, politicians are required to rule up to four years to accomplish intended political achievements. However, four years are not enough for politicians to demonstrate political mandates to the fullness of accomplishments. For this reason, the Office of Procession 2020 believes that all nations that have a political mandate of four years must be increased to eight years to give the political leaders enough time to complete their political agenda of sustainable developments. This is the birth of the Global Political Establishment to be manifested in the future to give equal opportunities to Party ‘B’ in this Golden Era Vulnerable Free World. The first four years is the threshold to lay down the political visions to be delivered and needed another four years for the implementation of those great ideas for short-term and long-term goals to become reality. Political leadership is not a competition, but a profound leadership to improve people’s lives. To do this demands a significant timeframe to accomplish a great deal of political, social, and economic infrastructural developments. In the past decades, the Office of VFCP had observed that many politicians never had enough time to deliver political mandates. Therefore, it has become constitutionally very necessary in this Golden Era Vulnerable Free World. The four-year political mandate must be hounoured by another four-year mandate for greater sustainable economic initiatives outlined by politicians to be delivered. Every political party has a manifesto according to the party’s ideologies and traditions. It is only in this context that sustainable policies can be implemented by the party in power to deliver their manifesto promises. To implement a manifesto or policies of another party can tamper with the developmental agenda of the incumbent government. It will therefore require a mechanism to find ways and means to deliver policies that may or may not be in accordance with the incumbent government’s manifesto. In order not to create a manifesto crisis it will indeed be very important to give the ruling partyy more time to deliver a political mandate. Procession 2020 highly recommends eight years of political mandate in this Era of Sustainable Economic Development of improvements as the fundamental principles of the Global Political Establishment. This insight has nothing to do with people’s cultural heritages, but purely political leadership spectrum. Culture is dynamic. It is part of people’s orientation and therefore it is very sensitive. Politics is an institutional orientation of governmental agenda to rule. Politics and culture must be greatly respected as both deal with human resources to build society, nation, and the world in this Golden Era Vulnerable Free World.
