VFCP would divinely want to address the current situation in West Africa and South Africa. A few weeks ago, Ghanaian traders were murdered in Burkina Faso while they were on a business trip to buy goods from Burkina Faso. In another development, Ghanaians sending their eggs to sell them in Burkina Faso were destroyed by the Burkinabés. The AfCFTA protocol allows free movement of people, goods, and services. This week, Ghanaians have been attacked in South Africa.
Again, the African Union protocol allows Africans to move, work, and settle anywhere in Africa. The African Union and African leaders are working towards the African Dream of the United States of Africa. This is the future of Africa and the tomorrow people of Africa. If Africans are attacking Africans, where will Africans run to? We are all one people regardless of nationality, colour, ethnic background, or religion. What makes it difficult for Africans to live together, trade together, build together, and play together? The racial segregation and social stigma must be discouraged and eradicated to build a sustainable development of the United States of Africa, where we will all be living together as one nation and one people. Africa is the new world to come with all kinds of natural resources, human capital, and human resources to build the Africa we want. The killing and attacking of innocent people is unacceptable and must be prevented to restore hope, peace, safety, and security for sustainable economic growth and people’s welfare. South Africa must offer a profound apology to Ghana and the people of Africa.
