Some time ago, elsewhere, I needed to travel. I bought my travel ticket from Brussels Airlines. Due to personal reasons, I was unable to travel on that date. I wrote to Brussels Airlines for a date change or a refund of my money. As I write, my money is still with Brussels Airlines, while they are very much aware that EU Laws compel them to offer me a date change or a refund. Where is the business ethic, regardless of any background? How can one marry in a nation where human dignity, human rights, and freedom are not respected?
