VFCP divinely asks African Leaders, Governments, and the African Union to establish the Ministry of Diaspora. A ministry that will address the diaspora community’s concerns, locally, regionally, and nationally. The visa-free scheme must include the diaspora community. They must be welcomed, embraced, and supported when the need arises. They are all Africans and they do not need documents to become citizens. They are already citizens of Africa and can live wherever they choose. The locals must show greater respect, dignity, and love towards the diaspora community. Let them feel at home. Receive them with an open mind, heart, and comfort. They have come with potential, skills, and investments. Get them involved in all sectors for sustainable economic growth, development, and progress. They have come to build. Do not give them land that belongs to a family. The indigenous dignities must be recognized. Give them a secure environment and protection. Their presence in Africa marks the beginning of the African Dream – The birth of the United States of Africa in this Golden Era.
