They explored nature and the environment as their immediate physical home of all things and understood that it was their natural mandate to be the stewards of the environment. Their mindset was to discover the remaining of human existence. They lived their lives according to their primitive understanding of who they were. They lived for many years, and the modern world came into being. The modern era was an era that shaped humanity into a different understanding of humans exploring the environment and making the world a better place for all. The modern era was the Enlightenment of a better world. Haman began to go further, and with human manpower, industrialization began to take humanity to another level of human achievement. The industrialization era shaped human understanding of human resources, human capital, and human development. The industrialization era was an open door to greater opportunity for human civilization and actualization. Then came the technological era to take humans more future into the future development of human existence. In the technological era, cars were invented, locomotive trains were invented, airplanes were invented, radios were invented, televisions were invented, telephones were invented, medical equipment was invented, and many more. Human beings have travelled far and for many years to reach this level of human advancement, human progress, and human prosperity. Each era came with human perception to thrive and survive in social, economic, educational, and, above all, leadership orientations and spectrums that provide effective and o make spontaneous impact on human existence to address predicaments for sustainable solutions and development for all generations to come. Then came the internet era with more comprehensiveness to speed up human communication and data recording to improve human development, to leverage and navigate the pathway of human development for decades to come. Then came the artificial intelligence era, which is a new phenomenon of human discovery. The world has now reached a new era to take the entire world to another level of hope, aspiration, and inspiration to place humans in their place in the world. This is the era of the world that is to come. The world is changing socially, politically, economically, educationally, religiously, and philosophically. The primitive humans dreamed of a future world that would shape human development. The dream has become a reality, and it is happening in the eyes of every human. The BRICS is here, and the United States of Africa is about to be born. The world is becoming a better place for all to live in harmony, peace, prosperity, and tranquility in this Golden Era.
