VFCP  divinely asks all African nations to embrace Agenda 2023:

1. Shelter- Build homes for all citizens to have a home. Build homes in villages, towns, and cities across the nation until all citizens have an affordable place called home.
2. Job Creation – More jobs for citizens. Africa has a huge opportunity for job creation.
3. Procurement – All Health Institutions in Africa work together with Herbal Associations to acquire meditations and to navigate future health and safety measures for the cure and protection of all citizens of Africa. The Year 2023 is for infrastructural projects, human development, and environmental protection in this Polygamous Era of Golden Era Vulnerable Free World.
