VFCP asks Ghana’s Ministry of Defence to protect all Members of Parliament and all those in leadership positions across the country. All guns must be retrieved from the general public. The Military Force and the Police Force must intensify their efforts to keep the public safe and secure for MP’s to go about and discharge their duties to serve their constituencies and the nation. It is unacceptable in this era of the Vulnerable Free World for MP’s to be attacked on such magnitude. The Military and the Police must used their armoured cars and other vehicles to patrol day and night. This is an internal war and must be defeated to keep the public safe.
