At Nouakchott in Mauritania, God of all Creation called me to the Ocean one afternoon. I walked in the desert from Nouakchott to the Ocean. When I got to the Ocean the waters had retrieved more than 100 meters into the deep Ocean. I asked the fishermen and they said,” It happened just now. Normally it happens at night but today it has happened during the day which made it phenomenal.” I stepped into the Ocean and walked on the sand in the Ocean and I saw live species jumping on the sand. As I was walking, God of all Creation said to me, Francis, I will open every door before you as you travel around the world and I will bless you and bless all those who will bless you. I am God of all Creation.” God of all Creation walked on the streets of Nouakchott. Mauritania has a Divine Role to play in the African Union and the implementation of the United States of Africa in this Golden Era.
