This is because the protocol of the International Arbitration is not working as ‘it is generally agreed, with the Greeks as far back 600BC’ and…Treaty of Amity, Commerce, and Navigation between Great Britain and the United States, 1794.’ The Internation Arbitration does not provide sustainable solutions to reflect current socio-economic developments in the aftermath of the coronavirus engulfing human development and the global economy.
