I was learning to improve my driving skills elsewhere. I registered with a driving company and I was given an instructor. The instructor gave me his car and said let us drive within the city. After I had had few lessons with him he said to me you will pass go in and do the tests. I passed the theory test and he said good, go ahead and book for a practical test. I did. When I went in for the practical driving test I did not pass. I went to him and he said let us do it again for few more days. I did and he said book for the test. I did and went in and I did not pass. I went to him and he said let us do another few more hours. I did and he said book for the test. I did and went for the test and I did not pass. I went to him and he said, you drive alright with me but why they don’t want to give you a pass. He said, let us do one more. I did and went for the test and again I did not pass. That day, on my way back home, I met someone who also came for a driving test and this person passed. I shared my story with this person that I have been doing the test several times now but I am not passing the test. This person told me a secret and said have you been putting an envelope on your instructor’s seat in your car? I said, what envelope? This person said to me you must put money of your choice in an envelope and as you enter your car put the envelope on the test instructor’s seat. They understand the language and you will pass at the end. I said to myself, I will rather stay like that than putting an envelope on the test instructor’s seat. I spoke with the spirit of patriotism and sincerity.
In another development, my car was stolen. I reported the case to the police. One day, the police called me and said, we have found the person who stole your car, but you have to take it to the court. The police gave me all the necessary documents for the court. I went to the court and the court ruled the case in favour of the thief and the thief took away my car. What is justice and where is justice for the vulnerable peoples?
One day, I went to the cash machine to withdraw money. As I was about to reach the cashpoint, I saw someone leaving the cash machine. When I got to the cash machine, I saw money has come out from the machine and the machine waiting for the money to be collected. I took the money from the cash machine and turned around if I can see the person who left the machine. I waited for about twenty minutes and no one was coming. I looked a far distance and I saw two policemen walking passing. I ran to them and said, I came to withdraw money from that cash machine over there. As I was about to reach the machine, I saw someone leaving the cash machine. I had waited for about twenty minutes but no one is coming to ask so this is the money. The policemen said you are a very hnonest person. I gave the money to the policemen. I never heard from the police what happened to the money. I demonstrated the spirit of patriotism, sincerity, and honesty as a good citizen.
