Universities are leadership environments. In fact, most of the global leaders attended a university. Their leadership potential was shaped by the universities. The tools that the universities offered them were the tools that they use in their leadership spectrums. Their political affiliations and ideologies were born in the universities. This makes universities leaders of the academic environment shaping the leadership spectrum. As the world is changing the universities too needed to change the kind of tools universities offer students as many will come out to be leaders in human society. Solving complex issues and decision-making must become a high priority in higher academic curriculum planning. This Era has dynamic leaders. The universities must continue to offer more academic tools in this GoldenEra as the world keeps on changing politically, socially, and economically.
