NO city councils across the globe MUST BANNED youths, young adults, adults and elderly persons from entering the city council buildings. It is unacceptable. It is a universal mandate and statutory duty for every city council across the globe to provide positive solutions to homeless youths, young adults, adults and elderly persons who go to the city council for some helps. These peoples must be treated with greater respect and human dignity in finding positive solutions to their predicaments. Whenever city councils and religious organisations fail to deliver universal mandate and statutory duties towards vulnerable peoples, and it gets involved with the security agencies; the city councils must provide accommodations, religions organizations must compensate and the security agencies must apologize to the youths, young adults, adults and elderly persons who had been victimized.
