VFCP divinely addresses the issues between the Bank of Ghana and the GN Bank.
The Divine Question is: Where were the galamsyers keeping their money? They kept them in banks. If so, can the Bank of Ghana distinguish galamsey money from money from other businesses for financial cleansing purposes? The galamseyers also accumulated wealth from the money that the Bank of Ghana put into the Ghanaian public. Therefore, there is no judicial justification in that context, and the GN Bank must be allowed to operate.
