VFCP asks all nations across the globe to begin building water gates in all the big rivers flowing into the oceans. By so doing rivers will be full of water from the rains for drinking and for farming. The water gates can be opened when all the rivers are overflowed. The clouds will be so near in this era than ever before in human history and the rains will come at any time more heavily. Therefore, nations must adopt a system of keeping the rains waters in rivers as sustainable solutions for food production and enough water for every nation. This is the Mystery of Water.
