VFCP asks that Swiss Banks must declare all monies deposited by Former and current Heads of States from the under-developing nations across the globe. This includes the bank accounts of those who have already died. The monies must be returned by the Swiss Banks into the banks in those nations for sustainable developments and to cater for the vulnerable peoples. It was people’s money and the Swiss Banks must declare and return the monies to the original countries.
