VFCP asks the United Kingdom Employment Department to make it mandatory and obligatory for all foreign nationals to speak English at the workplace for their team members to understand what they are saying to create a conducive working environment and strengthen team spirit at work. It is unacceptable for foreign nationals to speak their languages instead of English at the workplace. The United Kingdom is English and therefore all foreign nationals in work must speak English at work. All employers and managers must make sure that foreign nationals speak English within working environments.
