This is because foreigners in the United Kingdom have made huge National Insurance contributions towards local, regional, national, and global developments of the United Kingdom. Every foreigner in the United Kingdom has State Pension Scheme and again foreigners have made huge State Pension contributions upon which the government is using for infrastructural projects. Foreigners have a huge pension fund in the national treasury. Therefore, it is very vital for the UK Home Office to waive the immigration-health-surcharge for all foreigners living in the United Kingdom as Divine Goodwill. If Council is handling government businesses, Council can grant visas to foreigners in their counties to speed up visa-issuing in this Golden Era Vulnerable Free World.

VFCP asks Council Mayors across the United Kingdom to back the call of the Home Office Department to be opened at Council facilities to speed up visa applications for foreigners in the United Kingdom. If it is done in other countries it can be done in the United Kingdom. I personally had had experience in another country where my residence visa was renewed in munites. I went to the Council Office and submitted my passport and my application and within 30 minutes my residence visa was done.
