VFCP asks that the intended ‘Super Computer’ must function in the same way radios functioned. A radio can be turned on anywhere and several stations can be tuned perfectly so the ‘Super Computer must be. Radio doesn’t need broadband to tune a station. Peoples must be able to use the ‘Super Compter’ at any time and anywhere like a radio even in the forest a radio can be tuned perfectly to know what goes on around the world.
