Economics is richness and not poverty. Economic mechanism is very important in sustainable developments. This demands positive economic policies to benefit jobs and employees. This is because employees bring economic growth to jobs. All economic promises made to employees must be fulfilled on time without delay. Payments must be made on time. Those who deserve promotions must be recognized and hounored. Both employers and employees must treat each other with respect and human dignity as positive economic norm to create healthy employment environments. Governments across the globe must open their offices to the public during weekends to employ those who are not employed to get the opportunity to work and contribute to human society. This will increase productivities for sustainable developmets. All days are good for work. It is about job creation keeping as many peoples in work for greater economic growth. There are Banks opening on Saturdays and Sundays. They work every day in the week. This is a positive sign of a New World Order for sustainable economic developments. Governments across the globe can do the same thing as the Banks do by working on Saturdays and Sundays. No more poverty in this Era. It is a high time to eradicate poverty to make peoples, nations and the world rich in all sectors of economic developments. Any leader who will play games with peoples lives msut be removed from leadership. Transportation must work faster. Airplanes, buses and trains must run on schedule to carry workers to work. The Year 2019 is Historic Year of Workforce. More jobs will be created to boost global economy. There must be an inclusive environments at all work places. It is about richness, prosperity and developments to improve peoples lives to make this Era a better world in human history.
