VFCP asks all governments across the globe to grant an indefinite stay for all foreigners already in the country to bring massive economic emancipation. There will be a fresh start of economic growth as every nation will be opened for businesses in all sectors. The governments must issue free indefinite stay Cards to all foreigners. The massive economic emancipation will require everyone to work regardless of nationality to boost faster economic growth in Vulnerable Free World.
